Telephone Orders
We are always delighted to accept a telephone order !
We can accept any of the credit cards by telephone that we can accept from an online order, which is to say that Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are welcome.
You can telephone us to ask questions about a hat, ask advice, or just to order when you don't feel comfortable giving personal information through by means of an impersonal form on the Internet.
We are available from Monday through Friday and from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. On Saturday you can usually reach whichever of us has caught the weekend duty and is covering our 1-800-413-2050 number on a personal cell phone. We can take your order information then too.
Sundays are a little harder. But, if you have an emergency coming up and you have to travel and you need one of our hats before you go, call then too, and also on 1-800-413-2050. Chances are excellent you will be connected to the same individual as has the Saturday duty, and we'll do all we can to help.
