We recognize that apparel is a special class of item when purchased on the Internet. There may be size, color, or even material appearance problems when the hat arrives.
If you should need to return a hat for credit or exchange for another size or color, our policy is straightforward. We ask that you do so promptly, that you return the hat in the same box and with the same packing materials as that in which it arrived within 30 days of purchase, with all of the tags still attached. We request that you have tried it on for fit only, and not worn it for other purposes. We will then cheerfully handle your request.
If a hat is returned because it is defective we will pay the cost for surface freight for its return and/or replacement. If the hat is to be exchanged for another we will pay the shipping cost to send you the replacement hat for the first exchange. Please use care in specifying the reason for the exchange so that a single replacement only is necessary. If the hat is to be returned for credit we will credit your bank card as soon as we receive the hat back.
Above all, we promise to do our best to be helpful and courteous when you need our help or advice. Your business is most appreciated and we want to keep you as our customer.
